@blackhawk436 if you need to get weight and muscle then eat hard boiled eggs for breakfast it translates to muscle if you work out like 10 20 minutes later but watch yoursel if you havent gone throu puberty you could stun your growth
im 13 and i weigh 107-110 and im 5′7 but i need to gain weight(as muscle) will this give me a 6 pack and help my weight?

@119guitarfreak911 i’m not gonna say that jogging isn’t gonna help. it will if your wanting to lose weight and just show a six pack but if you do any other kind of lifting to gain muscle you shouldn’t run more than twice a week. reason being is because you are burning fat when you run and fat turns into muscle so in a way if you run more than that you are just hurting yourself because you will not get as much mass as quick
